Located on the Corner of Maynard Street and Riverside Drive
in South Williamsport. THE LOFTS. This is our largest off-campus
site. This is a 3-acre site formerly the 1865 Lupert Furniture
Factory. We have invested nearly $2 million and have completed
the 1st phase. (additional apartments will be built in 2007-2008)
There are efficiencies to 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments.
You will love our true to "New York Loft" apartments
as well as our studios and balcony-styled apartments. There
are laundry facilities on each floor with over an acre of
well-lit paved parking.
Pavilion and picnic areas are being
constructed for 2006-2007 school year. Some apartments have
central air and heat. While this is off-campus, it is a
shorter distance than most. Bus stop in front of building
is also available.
